Question: I have registered my copy of TS-AudioToMIDI but "Save MIDI" function is still unavailable. What's wrong?
Answer: First, make sure that MIDI file is loaded into build-in MIDI Sequencer ("Play" button must be available). If it is, enter your registration code once more, using "Copy" and "Paste" functions. If this doesn't help, contact our support service.
Troubleshooting.
Problem: TS-AudioToMIDI produces an error or stops responding when trying to Open CD-audio track.
Reason: TS-AudioToMIDI audio disc access method is incompatible with your CD-Drive or it's drivers. You have possibly installed some software that modifies standard Windows drivers or your CD-Drive is too old.
Solution: Try to use other CD-Drive, if you have several ones installed. If no, update cdfs.vxd driver to the version allowing to see Audio CD as a set of folders with wave files.
