FAQ & Troubleshooting
Filter Window

Under fingerboard there is a panel with little yellow squares, each corresponding to a key on fingerboard. This is Filter window. It allows filtering out particular notes from MIDI output. Pressing left mouse button allows selecting and deselecting notes to filter out. Double click on left mouse button selects particular note in all octaves. Right click on fingerboard key does the same.

Pressing right mouse button on filter window will bring floating menu with four items. Reset turns filter off, after choosing it all notes will pass the filter. Save and Load allow saving Filter settings to Filter File (.flt extension). TS-AudioToMIDI provided with the set of Filter Files corresponds to all musical keys. If Clear menu item is selected, all notes will be rejected, that may be useful when you want to pass only several marked notes and reject all others.

Unlike Equalizer tool which allows to control note rejection/acceptance smoothly depending on amplitude, Filter utterly forbids notes indicated.
