Threshold slider is placed at the right of Spectrum
window. It defines the lowest sound level the program will analyze. All
sounds below this level, both noise and notes, will be ignored. This level is
depicted in Spectrum window by yellow dotted line moving synchronously
with slider.
Noise Gate control sets up norm value for spectrum. If Noise Gate
value is lower than Spectrum window peak, spectrum is normalized to the
peak, otherwise spectrum is normalized to Noise Gate value.
Please note that dotted line is visible only when "Wave In" is turned on.
When choosing Mono Correlator detection algorithm, Threshold control
is inactive.
