FAQ & Troubleshooting
Build-in MIDI Sequencer

Built-in MIDI sequencer allows to open and playback MIDI files. Most controls on it are standard. "Play" starts playback, "Stop" or "Play" if pressed again stops it. "Home", "End", "Rewind" and "Forward" buttons serve to control playback position. Two buttons: "Record" and "Auto Record" allow recording notes recognized as MIDI events. Pressing "Record" button will start recording process immediately. In contrast to it, "Auto Record" starts only when first MIDI event comes, thus MIDI file recorded with the help of "Auto Record" button will always start with the first note of the record transcribed. You may press "New" button to create new empty MIDI file before recording. It is necessary, because result of realtime recognition is appending to current loaded MIDI file in new track. Pressing of "New" button is not necessary before converting of loaded wave file, because new empty MIDI file is creating automatically as soon as converting starts, and previous MIDI is lost at the same time. If you want previous MIDI to be saved, press "Save" button.

NOTE: "Save" function is available only for registered users. In unregistered version of TS-AudioToMIDI you can't save MIDI files produced. Please read Registration section for details.
